Refund Policy

At Vitalize Edge Control, our goal is to produce the best results possible while ensuring the highest degree of safety at all times. We manufacture our products in the U.S.A. in facilities in full compliance with FDA regulations to guarantee their quality and safety. Vitalize Hair uses the highest-quality ingredients geared toward optimal hair regrowth. We offer refunds within fifteen (15) days of delivery to the recipient with a ticket number, only for unopened container(s) or bottle(s) as inspected and determined by Vitalize Hair. If container(s) or bottle(s) are opened that exist in a system or kit, there will be NO refund for that system or kit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping expenses will not be refunded in any case including, but not limited to returns (unless the return is the result of an error made by Vitalize Edge Control). To qualify for a return, please submit a ticket request to customer service. Failure to have the ticket number visible on either inside or outside of the returned package will automatically be denied as part of our policy. Once returned order has been received with a ticket number. Please allow up to (21) business days to process the refund if approved.
